With todays busy lives, many of us wish we could manage to catch up with friends more often. People are now so busy that getting even a few individuals together is a difficult task.
Plannergram is designed to simplify the process of getting a number of people physically together. It brings together all the information needed to make decisions quickly and easily.

Start with a new event in Plannergram and then:
Who: Quickly add people from your address book to your event with only a couple of taps. Create and maintain groups that can be added to an event in one action. Once the invitation is sent, see the responses real-time with push notifications keeping you up to date. Sending an invitation is as easy as pushing the button. Plannergram knows who is a user and pushes an invitation directly to them, and it automatically prepares an email for you to send to those who are not yet Plannergram users.

What: Include a single activity for a known event, or include multiple choices. Allow the group to vote for their preferred activity quickly and easily by simply dragging the choices into order of preference. Within each choice you can include both a description and a link to a website, giving the invitees all the information needed to make a choice.

Where: Once you have decided on what you are doing, perhaps a nice dinner won the What vote, you can decide on where you are having the event. Again, you can include all the information needed to decide right then, eg. URLs, addresses, etc.

When: The single most critical part of getting a group of people together! There are several ways to find a common time where everyone is available within Plannergram. The first is for the organiser to include a selection of times and dates that are suitable for the event. Once people receive the invitation in Plannergram they can indicate as many of those times that they are available. Plannergram quickly shows in number and graph which is the time when most, or all people are available.

When you receive an invitation you can quickly see which times you are free as there is a comparison bar attached to each time showing you the event time and any other events in your diary. (This is purely local to your phone, no information from your diary is sent to others or the server).

An alternate time function is you can simply state that you want to get together for dinner, say from 7:30 till 10:30pm, and allow everyone to nominate a series of dates when they are available. Plannergram keeps everyones copy of the event up to date with push notifications, and you can quickly zero in on a night when everyone is available.
A built in chat function allows messages specific to a particular event to be exchanged.

Once Who, What, Where and When are decided the organiser can lock-in the various parts of the event and you can add the event to your diary with a quick tap.
Plannergram brings together all the information for the event in one easy to use app, and is fully interactive, making it as easy as possible to get your group together.
Plannergram simplifies all kinds of group events, whether it be getting a few friends together for an outing, organising a meeting for a volunteer group, a bbq for a sporting group, or any other event where a number of people need to find a common time.

Currently limited to 100 people per invitation.
